Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- if assigned to sell or serve alcohol, completion of legally required state or local training and certification
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- compliance with company dress code
- ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
- ability to comply with federal, state, and local food laws and alcohol regulations when applicable
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or in progress
- responsible beverage server training completion if alcohol service is involved
- good public speaking and communication skills

- ability to perform math calculations accurately

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- handle emergency situations as they arise
- perform general cleaning duties
- comply with company dress code
- operate POS system and manage cash drawer and various payment methods in box office or concession stand
- promote premium viewing experiences and Regal Crown Club
- ensure tickets and concessions comply with MPAA rating and food safety laws
- respond to guest inquiries effectively
- prepare and clean concession equipment
- enforce MPAA rating system and assist with crowd control as an usher
- inspect backpacks and packages when necessary
- conduct auditorium inspections for picture, sound quality and safety
- report issues to management
- assist with in-auditorium concession sales
- clean auditoriums and other theater areas
- monitor vending equipment
- perform opening and closing duties as directed
