Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, and move intermittently during a work shift of 4 to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Resilience and willingness to ask for help when needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to company standards
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively anticipate team and guest needs
- Differentiate between problems you can solve and when to seek leader support
- Take direction willingly from leaders while managing multiple priorities
