Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- must be able to work at least one shift between monday-thursday and two shifts between friday-sunday
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- ability to maintain a positive and proactive attitude
- must be able to handle cash transactions
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- monitor court activities to ensure safety and compliance
- greet and assist guests at the front desk
- host parties and coordinate event logistics
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of café and common areas
- provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- support team members in various operational tasks
