Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-50 lbs
- positive attitude and team player mindset
- knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- operate cash register and manage drive-thru orders
- prepare food and maintain sanitation standards
- work fryer and griddle equipment
- promote and support White Castle brand initiatives
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- collaborate effectively with team members
