Job Requirements
- must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- team player with a positive attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous food service or management experience is a plus
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service
- operate the cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders including working fryer and griddle
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- promote White Castle brand initiatives
- assist with inventory and stock management
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
