Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- One year or more of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year or more of food service or management experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Operate cash register and drive-thru efficiently
- Prepare food orders accurately and quickly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Handle fryer and griddle equipment safely
- Promote the White Castle brand and initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
