- minimum age of 16 years or older
- ability to connect and communicate well with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand and perform active duties for extended periods
- willingness to learn and uphold Smoothie King’s core values and mission
- punctuality and reliability
- basic food handling and safety knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies
- ensure guests have a satisfying experience by meeting their smoothie and nutritional needs
- greet and engage guests in a friendly manner
- properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- perform opening and/or closing duties
- complete store checklist tasks
- show up on time and ready to work
- live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
