Job Requirements
- Must love to smile laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person a team player and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or management experience is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong teamwork and customer focus
- willingness to learn and follow procedures
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- operate cash register and manage drive-thru orders
- prepare food according to White Castle standards
- maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- work fryer and griddle stations
- promote White Castle brand initiatives
- support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
