Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years food service or management experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- operate the cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders accurately
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness
- operate fryer and griddle equipment
- promote and drive White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty
- work collaboratively as a team member
