Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you’ll be right with them
- Listen to customer needs
- ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- Work well with other team members and restaurant manager
- Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player
- Other responsibilities may include server, cashier, food service/prep, kitchen cook
