Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year of food service or management experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- capable of standing for long periods
- team-oriented with a positive attitude
- age 16 or older
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter and drive-thru
- operate cash register accurately
- prepare food orders following company standards
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness in work areas
- operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and griddles
- support team initiatives to drive brand loyalty
- engage positively with customers and team members
