Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register and manage drive-thru orders
- Prepare food items and maintain quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance
- Operate kitchen equipment including fryer and griddle
- Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- Work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
