Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft software and register operation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience and impressions of the Jamba brand
- Clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to customers
- Follow company operations policies and procedures
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs
- Clean blenders, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as necessary
- Operate food preparation machinery and handle cash transactions
- Stock supplies and maintain store cleanliness
- Adhere to food, safety, and security guidelines
- Complete company policy and store training
- Consistently make and serve products to specifications
- Execute proper portion control with ingredients
