Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guest orders accurately
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Experience in guest service or food preparation helpful
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to perform basic math operations such as add, subtract, and multiply
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to read and understand written English
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting customers effectively
- Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Monitor food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
- Assist in inventory management by receiving and stocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
