Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and automated systems
- relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment following proper food safety procedures
- stock kitchen and customer service areas with necessary food, beverage, packaging and service materials
- stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper and utensils
- fill food and beverage orders as coordinated with kitchen and service operations
- collect customer payments and return proper change using cash register
- unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging and serving materials
- clean interior and exterior restaurant areas including floors, tables, seats, windows, counters, kitchenware and equipment
- observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- maintain safe public access to the restaurant
- perform other duties as assigned by management
