Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and or walk for up to 8 hours
- lift and or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- occasionally lift and or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- grasp reach and manipulate objects with hands
- reliable and regular onsite attendance
- willingness to work evenings and overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively and engage customers
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- motivated to learn and grow
- able to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving and quick thinking skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- run the register and process sales transactions
- make purchase suggestions and assist with product selections
- work with the food program occasionally
- maintain store appearance both inside and outside
- provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks
