Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment
- ability to manage cash and inventory controls
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- flexibility to work varying shifts

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls
- oversee inventory management
- control cash handling and reconciliation
- maintain excellent customer relations
- ensure all company policies and procedures are followed 100 percent
- set a professional example for the crew
- coordinate shift activities and team performance
