Job Duties

  • Provide a positive first impression through proper attire and maintaining cleanliness
  • Follow Always Fresh procedures to ensure product freshness and accuracy
  • Deliver consistent guest service showing friendliness and product knowledge
  • Apply the S.E.T. principles: smile, eye contact, thank you
  • Ensure order accuracy by confirming guest orders and using proper procedures
  • Greet guests promptly within 5 seconds at the counter and drive-thru
  • Meet speed of service targets by working efficiently with urgency
  • Handle guest complaints and perform service recovery effectively
  • Adhere to operational standards for product preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and drive-thru area
  • Record product temperatures regularly
  • Follow all restaurant policies and sanitation standards
  • Comply with health and safety legislation and report incidents promptly
  • Use personal protective equipment as required and practice safe work methods
