Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • enrollment in high school
  • reliable transportation to work
  • able to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • able to stand for long periods of time
  • able to bend and stoop
  • able to work around heat
  • able to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
  • takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive SUPERSTAR Service
  • works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks the station area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures hot, quality products are prepared, packaged and delivered according to menu standards
  • handles food products according to company procedures
  • follows all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
  • demonstrates oral communication skills
  • communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
  • performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
