Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- enrollment in high school
- reliable transportation to work
- able to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to bend and stoop
- able to work around heat
- able to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
- reliable transportation
- willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive SUPERSTAR Service
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the station area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures hot, quality products are prepared, packaged and delivered according to menu standards
- handles food products according to company procedures
- follows all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
- demonstrates oral communication skills
- communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
- performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
