Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- must be available to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday
- must be available to work at least two shifts Friday through Sunday
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- willingness to perform equally or better than team performance standards
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- monitor courts for safety and appropriate use
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out
- host parties ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth event flow
- assist in café operations including cash handling and order fulfillment
- maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- support team members in daily tasks and guest engagement
