Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 16 years of age
  • At least high school education
  • Ability to consistently work a minimum of two shifts per week
  • Must support company mission of drowning prevention
  • Uphold company core values
  • Strong work ethic and high energy
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Job Qualifications

  • Must love working people and children and support our company mission of drowning prevention in the community
  • Minimum of 16 years of age with at least high school education
  • Must be able to consistently work at least two shifts per week with a minimum of three hours per shift
  • Uphold Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values including affirming each other's strengths and protecting weaknesses, treating others the way you desire to be treated, extending grace to those who are teachable, seeking first to understand others before trying to be understood, choosing relationships over profits, thinking outside the box, and praising in public while correcting in private

Job Duties

  • Uphold excellent customer service by communicating effectively with potential and existing customers while building relationships with the families
  • Provide detailed information about our facility, swim program, mission, and core values to all potential and existing customers
  • Become comfortable navigating our Point-of-Sale and Customer Relationship Management platforms
  • Ensure facility safety and cleanliness
  • Handle customer concerns gracefully, by using customer-focused principles in every customer interaction
  • Attend monthly in-service trainings
  • Make safety the number one priority when teaching or water watching
