Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and cross-train in various store functions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- leadership skills for store leader positions
- strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- basic math skills for cashier duties
Job Duties
- greeting guests with a friendly attitude
- operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
- stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
- preparing food items such as pizza, donuts, and subs
- assisting with kitchen duties including cooking and baking
- leading and supervising team members in leadership roles
- managing merchandising and inventory
- supporting store operations through scheduling and payroll duties
- providing coaching and mentoring to fellow employees
- ensuring safety and food service standards are met
