Job Requirements
- Minimum age according to legal requirements for food preparation machinery operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Basic English proficiency to communicate with customers and team members
- Physical ability to stand and perform cleaning and operational tasks
- Willingness to comply with uniform and hygiene standards
- Ability to learn and follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to operate food preparation machinery
- Comfortable handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and portion control
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and training requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Jamba brand
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Follow all company operations policies and procedures
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer in store experience by embodying the brand core values
- Execute quality store operations including cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise and store facilities
- Operate food preparation machinery per age requirements
- Stock all supplies
- Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner
- Adhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines
- Master station operations of the store
- Successfully complete the Jamba store and company policy trainings
- Provide a healthy consistent product by making and serving all Jamba products to specifications
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Execute proper portion control with all ingredients
- Suggest and upsell products professionally
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Operate point-of-sale system efficiently
- Serve and provide samples to potential guests
- Set up and break down equipment and supplies during opening and closing
- Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed
- Comply with uniform policy and company hygiene standards
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Comply with Fresh Dining Concepts, LLC policies and federal and state regulations including safety and environmental standards
