Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
- relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety and sanitation procedures
- stock kitchen and customer service areas with necessary supplies
- stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper and utensils
- fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
- collect customer payments and return proper change
- unload deliveries of supplies
- clean interior and exterior of restaurant including floors, tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops and kitchenware
- observe alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- maintain safe public access to the restaurant
- perform other duties as assigned by management
