Job Duties

  • Greet and thank customers
  • place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
  • relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
  • cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety and sanitation procedures
  • stock kitchen and customer service areas with necessary supplies
  • stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper and utensils
  • fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
  • collect customer payments and return proper change
  • unload deliveries of supplies
  • clean interior and exterior of restaurant including floors, tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops and kitchenware
  • observe alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
  • maintain safe public access to the restaurant
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
