Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to take direction and work in a team environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards to ensure a well-run store
- Think and act proactively about future needs of the team and guests
- Differentiate between problems to solve independently and when to seek leader support
- Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- Embody the core values of support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, and serve with love in every action
