Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • enrollment in high school is required
  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • ability to work around heat
  • able to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
  • must be willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
  • takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive super star service
  • works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks the station area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures that all guests receive hot, quality products
  • prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
  • handles all food products according to company procedures
  • follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • follows all company cash control guidelines
  • properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
  • demonstrates oral communication skills
  • communicates effectively with various contacts
  • performs other duties or special projects as assigned
