Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
  • take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru
  • prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti's recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
  • handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately
  • work collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environment
  • complete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill development
