Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • enrollment in high school
  • reliable transportation to work
  • willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • ability to work around heat
  • ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
  • ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including possible opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
  • takes appropriate actions to ensure all guests receive superstar service
  • works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks station area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures all guests receive hot, quality products
  • prepares, packages, and delivers all products according to menu standards
  • handles all food products according to company procedures
  • follows all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • properly uses all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • demonstrates oral communication skills
  • communicates effectively with various contacts
  • performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
