Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- enrollment in high school
- reliable transportation to work
- willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat
- ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
- ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including possible opening and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- takes appropriate actions to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks station area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepares, packages, and delivers all products according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures
- follows all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly uses all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
- demonstrates oral communication skills
- communicates effectively with various contacts
- performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
