Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using appropriate lifting techniques or assistance when handling heavier loads
  • Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to varying temperature zones including hot kitchens and cold storage
  • Awareness of temperature fluctuations and safe practices
  • Job duties include indoor and outdoor tasks
  • Awareness of potential workplace hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
  • Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be dependable and punctual

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
