Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using appropriate lifting techniques or assistance when handling heavier loads
- Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Exposure to varying temperature zones including hot kitchens and cold storage
- Awareness of temperature fluctuations and safe practices
- Job duties include indoor and outdoor tasks

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be dependable and punctual
