- at least 16 years of age
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- maintain eligibility requirements if hired
- supportive of and able to work in a noisy environment with music, customer, and employee traffic
- ability to follow health and safety standards
- able to perform multiple job stations as needed
Job Qualifications

- ability to handle the heat of the kitchen

- ability to manage potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
- ability to stand or walk a minimum of 3 hours or as needed
- able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- work multiple stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, and front as directed by a shift leader or manager
- comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety
- restock food line, chips and cooler
- prepare quality finished products such as sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and ice cream efficiently
- use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
- take out trash
- operate cash register, handle, balance and follow all cash handling procedures
- effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
- perform other duties as assigned
