Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks including seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Desire to provide excellent guest service and create positive experiences

- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing ongoing personal relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities through product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve food offerings according to company standards
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of the store
- Think and act proactively for future team and guest needs
- Recognize when to ask for leader support
- Follow direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
- Embody core values including support, fun, authenticity, ownership, and love
- Bring joy and fun to interactions
