Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to stand and move for 4 to 8 hours during shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- good hearing and speaking ability
- ability to follow cash handling policies
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work as part of a team

- preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- strong communication skills

- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard
- float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards in the store
- actively anticipate team and guest needs and act accordingly
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- follow directions from leaders and support multiple priorities
- embody core values including support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, and serve with love
