Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of cast certification program or in progress
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to handle cash and POS equipment accurately
- Must comply with company dress code and attendance policies
- Must complete state or local alcohol server certification if applicable
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program and box office cashier training or progress towards completion
- Possess good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
- Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action
- Capability to perform under pressure and handle emergencies
- Willingness to comply with training on sexual harassment and discrimination
- Must be at legal age for selling or serving alcohol if applicable
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training for alcohol duties
Job Duties
- Operating POS systems and managing cash drawer accuracy
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Handling guest inquiries and phone calls professionally
- Operating, preparing, and cleaning concession equipment
- Maintaining concession inventory and adhering to food safety laws
- Conducting auditorium ticket collection, crowd control, and seat assistance
- Enforcing MPAA ratings and monitoring picture and sound quality
- Cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas
- Reporting theater issues and supporting opening and closing duties as assigned
