Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for 4 to 8 hours per shift
- Willingness to fulfill multiple roles within the team
- Ability to follow cash handling policies
- Commitment to embodying Caribou's core values
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- Has a learner's mentality and a desire to get better and do things correctly and effectively
- Demonstrates a positive and resilient attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
