Job Duties

  • maintain a fast speed of service
  • resolve questions and concerns of guests
  • follow all safety and security procedures
  • complete training as outlined in the DHC training program
  • communicate need for additional training to supervisor
  • understand the impact of job responsibilities on operations
  • greet guests and record orders
  • prepare menu items following safety and sanitary procedures
  • operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and ice cream dispensers
  • ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • handle guest complaints professionally
