Job Duties
- maintain a fast speed of service
- resolve questions and concerns of guests
- follow all safety and security procedures
- complete training as outlined in the DHC training program
- communicate need for additional training to supervisor
- understand the impact of job responsibilities on operations
- greet guests and record orders
- prepare menu items following safety and sanitary procedures
- operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and ice cream dispensers
- ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- handle guest complaints professionally
- maintain neat appearance in uniform
- adhere to restaurant management directions
