Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, and intermittent movement for 4 to 8 hours
- willingness to comply with company policies
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- strong customer service orientation
- flexible and reliable team player
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age

- restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities through product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard procedures
- float between barista and guest service roles, fulfilling all team member responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
- maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- anticipate team and guest needs and act proactively
- differentiate problems that can be resolved independently versus those needing leader support
- follow direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
