Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches low
- ability to safely control and utilize restaurant equipment
- must be 18 years or over to operate certain machinery and perform Shakerboard duties
- ability to apply pressure for cutting and cleaning products
- ability to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products and inventory items
- ability to communicate effectively including reading, speaking, hearing, and writing
- ability to understand and follow directions, instructions, and product specifications
- ability to process and complete customer orders

Job Duties
- receive direction from the restaurant management team to effectively perform job duties
- practice established procedures and use proper tools for taking and preparing customer orders
- lift and move items weighing up to 55 pounds
- reach and move items from heights of six feet to six inches off the ground
- safely control and utilize restaurant equipment such as sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer, sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutters, knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, and cash register
- work outside holding a sign as part of Shakerboard duties (must be 18 years or older)
- apply pressure to cut through and clean products
- count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory items
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, including reading, writing, speaking, and hearing
- understand and follow directions, instructions, and product specifications
- process and complete customer orders
