Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to follow company policies and procedures strictly
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to handle cash and inventory controls

- previous experience in retail or food service management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills

- familiarity with inventory and cash management
Job Duties
- manage all activities during assigned shift including cost control
- maintain inventory accuracy and control
- ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- deliver excellent customer service and handle customer relations
- set an example by following all company policies and procedures
- supervise and motivate team members
- ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met
