Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • enrollment in high school
  • reliable transportation to work
  • able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to bend and stoop
  • able to work around heat
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • able to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferable
  • minimum age of 16 years
  • reliable transportation to work
  • ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to follow established procedures and guidelines

Job Duties

  • Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
  • take appropriate actions to ensure all guests receive SUPERSTAR service
  • work assigned stations accurately and productively
  • clean and stock station areas
  • perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensure all guests receive hot, quality products prepared and packaged according to menu standards
  • handle all food products following company procedures
  • adhere to food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • follow all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • demonstrate effective oral communication skills with internal and external contacts
  • perform other duties and special projects as assigned
