Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- enrollment in high school
- reliable transportation to work
- able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- able to stand for long periods
- able to bend and stoop
- able to work around heat
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent preferable
- minimum age of 16 years
- reliable transportation to work
- ability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Job Duties
- Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- take appropriate actions to ensure all guests receive SUPERSTAR service
- work assigned stations accurately and productively
- clean and stock station areas
- perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensure all guests receive hot, quality products prepared and packaged according to menu standards
- handle all food products following company procedures
- adhere to food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- follow all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
- demonstrate effective oral communication skills with internal and external contacts
- perform other duties and special projects as assigned
