Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift Monday-Thursday
- Ability to work two shifts Friday-Sunday
- High energy and physical stamina
- Willingness to perform various tasks required by the job
- Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with guests
- Basic cash handling skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- Manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and information assistance
- Host parties by coordinating activities and guiding guests
- Operate café services including food preparation and customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
- Assist with general park maintenance and guest support
