Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or cashier experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and pay attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Interest in ongoing training and development
  • Reliability to commute or relocate before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Use cash register to ring up guests
  • Accept payments and provide receipts
  • Ensure transactions run smoothly and customers are satisfied
  • Maintain a clean dining room and bathroom area
  • Assemble orders for cashiers and online
  • Assist guests in selecting meals and suggestive sell
  • Maintain accurate balanced cash till following cash handling procedures
  • Follow company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
  • Wash dishes during slow periods
  • Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
