Job Duties
- Provide important visual cues to make a positive first impression
- follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
- deliver consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude and strong product knowledge
- follow S.E.T. principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You
- use proper procedures to ensure accuracy of every order
- greet every guest promptly within 5 seconds
- maintain speed of service targets and work efficiently
- promptly execute service recovery for guest concerns
- prepare products according to operational standards and guidelines
- communicate showcase and product needs
- regularly take product temperatures and log them
- maintain clean and organized front counter and drive-thru areas
- follow proper hand washing techniques and sanitation guidelines
- adhere to health and safety practices including use of personal protective equipment
- report all injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions to management
- avoid operating equipment unsafely
- stand continuously on tiled surfaces
- perform manual dexterity tasks
- lift supplies weighing 5-30 lbs
- tolerate exposure to cold and heat environments
