Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of 4 to 8 plus hours with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to varying temperature zones including hot kitchen areas and cold storage
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment and observe safety protocols
  • Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be dependable and punctual
