Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- availability to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday and two shifts Friday through Sunday
- willingness to perform physical tasks
- minimum age requirement according to local labor laws
- basic proficiency in cash handling
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform duties requiring stamina and mobility
- ability to work effectively in team environments
Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- manage front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out
- host parties ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas
- assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- support café operations including food and beverage service
