Job Requirements
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- availability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday and two shifts between friday-sunday
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with the job
- basic cash handling skills
- excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- monitor courts and ensure safety protocols are followed
- manage front desk operations including guest check-in and registration
- handle cash transactions accurately
- host birthday parties and special events providing exceptional guest service
- assist with café duties including food and beverage preparation and service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth park operations
