Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience helpful but not required
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must possess basic math skills for cash handling
- must have good communication skills
- must be at least 16 years old to comply with child labor laws
- must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
- relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety procedures
- stock kitchen and service areas with necessary supplies
- stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, and utensils
- fill customer food and beverage orders
- collect customer payments and return proper change using cash register
- unload deliveries of food, beverage, and service materials
- clean interior and exterior of restaurant premises including floors, tables, windows, countertops, and kitchen equipment
- observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- maintain safe public access to the restaurant
- perform all other duties as assigned by management
