Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to stand for 4 to 8 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to see, hear, speak, and reach as necessary
- willingness to follow cash handling policies and procedures
- ability to work as part of a team
- willingness to learn and take direction
- physical capability to perform intermittent movements such as bending and moving during working hours
Job Qualifications

- restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- actively think and act upon future team and guest needs
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- bring the core values to life by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
