Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- Must be available to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday and two shifts Friday through Sunday
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to engage positively with customers
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Experience in cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Monitor court activities to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Host and coordinate party events
- Operate café services including food and beverage handling
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist guests with questions and park information
