Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in cooking or customer service roles desired
  • reliability to commute or relocate before starting work
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • good organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • interest and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to prioritize work and demonstrate problem-solving ability
  • strong attention to detail and ability to manage teams
  • strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
  • interest in continued training and development

Job Duties

  • Use the cash register to ring up guests
  • accept payments and provide receipts
  • ensure all transactions run smoothly
  • assist guests in selecting meals and suggestive selling
  • maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following cash handling procedures
  • follow company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
  • maintain a clean dining room and bathroom area
  • assemble orders as a packline operator
  • wash dishes during slow periods
  • heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
