Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- able to speak, read, and write effectively
- able to communicate with management, corporate staff, employees, and customers
- must adhere to uniform and grooming policy
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to work flexible hours
- ability to travel to assigned restaurant location
- work requires standing and walking 80-90 percent of the time

Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation of certain food items
- responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients and ensure friendly, efficient customer service
- handle accurate cash control
- deliver orders to guests while ensuring orders are complete and prepared properly
- maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service areas
- ensure each guest receives the correct order promptly and courteously
- prepare menu items quickly according to specifications and maintain quality standards
